Called to see if my prescription was ready 4 hours after my doctors app. They weren’t, but they said they would be in 15 minutes. I headed over about 1 hour after I was on hold for 10 minutes. Just to find out they were OUT of my prescription? Really? Now I have to wait two days just to get my medicine. This staff shows no empathy and didn’t even apologize for the major inconvenience.

I got the pleasure of hearing the manager argue and blame her worker for giving someone the wrong medicine. Right in front of everyone. But at least I got to wait in line 3 times before they finaly got my prescription right. Worst display of management Ive ever seen.

The staff at this pharmacy is outstanding, in every way you could measure. They are particularly good at evaluating the possible side effects of multiple meds, alternative meds and whether a particular drug makes sense, for our whole family. Customer service and technology is top notch. I have been there in line when they are slammed and their demeanor never changes - smiles, careful explanations and patience...even with language differences. We could probably save a little money with using online military Express Scripts on some drugs...but their speed, customer service and value is more than worth it.

I was cranky, irritable and impatient and I apologize, thank you to checkers that worked on Christmas eve.
