I have had great experiences with this company, their customer service is better than any I have experienced. When initially planning my fencing project I called and spoke to a very educated individual who answered all of my questions clearly and guided me through industry best practices on the type of fencing I was attempting to install. When one of the tools I ordered had an issue (that could have just been error on my part) they went out of their way to replace the tool quickly and accommodated my very close deadline. They even provided me with free extras of some parts that I needed when I made an error that necessitated replacement when they absolutely didnt have to do that. Buy your fencing supplies through kencove, you won't be disappointed!
Almost 10 years ago we purchased two of the Kencove Electric Poultry Net fences. I can't say enough great things about this fence. It's easy to install, easy to move and the most important feature, we've never lost a bird to predators and we have lots (both predators and birds). This is the first year we've had to do any repairs on the fence. I would highly recommend this fence. Kencove has always provided excellent customer service and the transactions have been flawless, shipping quick. The price on this fence is very good and cheaper than any source here in Canada.
This company should be rated 10 stars! The customer service is phenomenal! The products are great and pricing is the best that I have found. You can explain your fencing needs, a knowledgeable representative will help guide you through your project. They do NOT try to up sell (which many of the name brand companies have done to me in the past) and they try to work with you, your budget and your timing. I have felt that every employee has cared about me and my fencing personally. I just cannot say enough to thank them for all of their assistance. They have just about everything you need for any type of fencing.....we love the fiberglass step in post to go around our garden. We tie an electric ribbon onto our existing horse.
