Called, waited 30 minutes.. transferred at 4:30pm, waited on hold for another hour. They obviously went home before the call queue cleared.nnBut of course, government employees don't seem to get disciplinary actions for customer complaints. The only place where it's not a 'right to work' environment. My taxes should pay for Quality of Service.
If you moved after purchasing a car, you can say goodbye to your title forever. This place, after making a dozen calls to every party involved was incapable of updating the address so my title could be sent to me after they received the lien. Some stranger has my title now, and now I have to pay cash, and find a notary, and a handful of other useless steps to apply for duplicate title so I can wait another month to be let down again. But, alas, our tax money is what lines their pockets so they have literally no incentive to be better. If that isn't a lesson on government owned entities, I don't know what is. In summary, they get money either way, so why should they care?
They don't respond via email except to tell you to call, but if you call you get put on hold for hours and never get to talk to anyone. Absolutely ridiculous that this is what our tax dollars are paying for.
Worst customer service ever! The ladies at the front counter in registrations are so rude! Horrible management and the place looks dirty and not upkept. The employees are always upset because they're overworked and taking it out on the carriers. It takes several weeks to get my registrations and they are so unorganized! No one returns calls and trailer plates get lost. No one responds to emails and employees are hanging up on their customers!
I was forced by the DMV to provide my birth certificate to prove I was an american citizen. I have had my license for over 30 years. When I was 25, I had my first son who I named after me. I then added Sr to my name as he was Jr.nnWell, when I went in with my birth certificate, the clerk removed SR from my license because I wasn't BORN with it. No one is Born with the SR on their certificates, they are earned if they named their child after themselves.nnFor 25 years, I have always been SR. Social Security, Military, Welfare, Courts, and IRS all have me listed as SR but Idaho refuses to let me keep it.nnThis is BS. Illegals and Immigrants can change their names without court documentation and even Celebrities can have licenses with their stage names, but I can't have SR???? Everyone knows me as SR.
