I've known Ben and Dave for 20+ years and there's no one I'd trust more! They have intelligent and friendly staff members, who take their time to answer your questions and make you feel comfortable. Make sure to check out their gift/home section-it's full of beautiful items! This is the true definition of a home-town pharmacy!

Cannot say enough about MacDonalds Pharmacy. The pharmacists as well as employees are always so helpful and caring and willing to help in any way. They always have new and wonderful gifts in their store. Lastly, I cannot praise Bridgit Martin, massage therapist at their facility enough. She’s the best. She has helped me on so many levels, physically, mentally, emotionally and even spiritually. I’m always up for something different or new to try and Bridgit always has something up her sleeve. I struggle with an autoimmune disease and she has helped tremendously with my pain. Along with the disease, I struggle with weight issues and their IDEAL PROTEIN Health Plan has really helped me and highly recommend it. Thank you all at MacDonalds Pharmacy And Wellness Center.

The owners and pharmacists are very accurate and concerned about the customers' safety and they are courteous and friendly. Customer Service in medication packing has some timing issues to work out but that is a very minor issue. It is very accurate and personnel is courteous. The other Customer Service areas are managed in a sufficient manner. All in all this is a very reputable pharmacy. I would recommend anyone to do business there.

Gave us wrong prescription, didnt bother double checking birthdate if my husband didnt look in bag and see there was only 1 in there i would have taken home someone else script then they had the nerve to argue thats all the dr called in and disappeared he couldn't find anyone to help him for a while i guess she was taking a break no-one else was there it was 7 pm hard to find good help after hours, my husband noticed it was not my script but someone else name on it ,she didnt even double check when he was trying to tell her i had 2 just that she could call the dr,my back was hurting so bad waiting on him in the car it was called in by my dr we thought it would be ready to go, so we had to be refunded then recharged for the correct script once they found it in the basket not on the shelf.Very scary.

Im leaving a 1 star because of the Wellness Center. I had an appointment today at 10am and arrived at 945am. I waited till 1015am and no one greeted me except the pharmacy staff. Bridget was nowhere to be seen. I won't spend almost 100 bucks to be treated that way. I won't be back for that side of the establishment. Mcdonalds pharmacy has always been amazing however!
