I had called a week in advance to make an appointment to get my daughter's ears pierced for a surprise birthday present. We showed up at 1:00 on a Friday for the appointment, and the entire store was closed-- lights off, doors locked in the middle of the day with the hours of operation clearly posted in the windows. Such a disappointment for my daughter, and very unprofessional to be inexplicably closed during regular business hours, without even a call to let us know they would not be honoring our appointment.

I've been trying to call for 30 minutes. It had me wait for a few minutes then played a very loud beep and hung up.

Better staff your locations so I don't have to wait long periods of time to get a gift card while your only employee is doing an ear piercing

Painless experience! The person who pierced my daughter's ears was very professional and kind, explaining the procedure and aftercare to my daughter and I. She got 14 Carat gold earrings for a very reasonable price IMO. We would definitely recommend Claires!
