I came to Diamonds by Appointment to look into purchasing a diamond that could be paired with one I already had to make a pair of earrings. Neal was professional, experienced, knowledgeable and just generally wonderful to work with. My goal was to have the earrings by my birthday which was less than a week from my first appointment. Neal got two stones shipped overnight and I was in the next day to choose my diamond. He made recommendations on setting that were spot on. I picked up my earrings on my birthday as I'd hoped and they were more beautiful than I imagined. I could not have been more pleased with my experience and will never go anywhere else!

Neal is a pleasant person to do business with! I had gone to a large jeweler in town to get a stone replaced in my wedding ring and they dropped the ball. I am glad they did! I reached out to Neal at Diamonds by Appointment and he saved me TWICE the money the big store was going to charge me! Neal is courteous and fair. My ring is beautiful again and I am one happy customer. Definitely returning to him for future purchases.

Neal did an amazing job! It was much better than going to any large retailer. Working with him throughout the whole process was much more personal. He really cares about the customer and will work hard to make sure everything is perfect. I strongly recommend his business to anyone, especially friends and family. Absolutely no complaints.

I just moved to the Boise area and needed my wedding ring resized (purchased elsewhere). I’m so glad I trusted the reviews as they proved to be very accurate— Neal was amazing! So helpful, understanding, and easy to work with. Dropped my ring off on a Tuesday & it was ready Friday morning- quick turnaround and fair pricing! If I could give Neal more than 5 stars I would. We have worked with him for years on all of our jewlery needs. He always comes through with exactly what we want. I am so happy with the experiences I've had working with him. 100% recommend him!!!!
