Rushed fixing my wife’s loose diamond during Covid. We were from out of town and it would have been difficult to get back right away. At every stage they have been helpful- great service.

The sweetest people ever. I went in with no idea of what made me happy for a wedding ring. But thanks to Jolie, 45 mins later i had my hearts desire at a price i could afford and a guarantee. This is the place to go.

Really appreciate that they have repairs done in house unlike most others. Turn around time is so quick and customer service is always great.

Absolute worst customer service experience I have EVER dealt with. I won’t have my ring for my wedding because they sent it OUT of their store for repair when we explicitly asked them not too!! and asking them to instead order the one replacement accent stone in because the last time it was sent out for repair my ring was gone for 2 months. (Due to an error at this store, but that’s a different story) We were told they would order it in and do the repair in store. THEY SENT MY RING OUT WITHOUT CONSENT AND DID NOT TELL US. This was before the COVID pandemic and now that this is the current situation of our country my ring is stuck in a different city with NO timeline of when I will get it back. Again, we have had NOTHING but issues with this company and it’s absolutely ridiculous the way we are treated. We were offered a replacement ring at one point (during this last repair request) because it had had so many issues. But who doesn’t want the original ring the were engaged with? When we were finally called back during stage two of Idaho reopening, they said sorry no ETA for your ring, it’s stuck, we asked about the replacement ring option because our wedding is a month and a half out at this point. Told on the phone “we’ll see what we can do and get back to you”nWE WERE NOT GOTTEN BACK TO!nSince getting engaged Jared’s has had my ring more than I have. It’s really sad and frustrating!nAVOID THIS COMPANY.
