Score a satisfied customer for a large Jewelry chain store! Been with them for years, and the quality and the overall experience is still the best! Pricing is competitive with any other jewelry store front you can think of. Selection seemed a little smaller, but there is always something there that can be replicated to meet the standards and needs you expect from fine jewelry.

Mikala and hailey were great they stayed open later for me and had awesome customer service, super friendly and patient would definitely recommend them .

Haley the manager was so helpful with my trade in, and she is also always so kind when I come in for my inspection. I have referred many of my friends and family members to her and will continue to do so. I'm so glad the store is open again!

I will start off by saying that my husband and I have spent a lot at Zales over the years and we have a Zales card. We loved Tracy and the old staff. That said we recently went into the store to inquire about a couple watches.nWalked in and immediately were turned off by the fact that the new manager is a teenager and acts as such, it appears when they let go of Tracy they also let go of anyone there with any experience or expertise because the new management and team looks like high schoolers who never were told how to dress professionally.nWe asked a few questions about the watches and at least four of them that we spoke to openly admitted that they didn’t know anything about the watches they sell! Seriously! So my husband and I went home and decided to do a little research ourselves. We decided on a couple watches, mine needed to be ordered but my husbands was in store so he went back to purchase it. He inquired about it not working and was told when he paid they would “activate” it, when he went to wear it it’s battery appears dead because it’s not working. Really you allowed a customer to spend 1000 dollars on a single watch and didn’t ensure that it was working before he left the store? So now we get to make another special trip into town and send it out for a battery replacement and hope that’s the only issue.nWe are seriously contemplating closing our account and finding a new jeweler that is more professional in appearance and has some knowledge of the jewelry they are selling.nTracy would have never allowed us to leave with a watch that wasn’t working! You have failed Zales and it’s super disappointing.
