It took me 2.5 hours to get an ear piercing. It was busy, in the middle of a Saturday, and they had one poor girl running the entire store! She was amazing, but I would definitely choose to visit a different location.

This store is highly unorganized with one young person running the whole show from ear piercing to the phone ringing off the hook to inventory and restocking. The young gal handled herself very well but the higher ups were nowhere to be found. Maybe the Ustick and Eagle location is more worth a visit? Try scheduling two at a time, teamwork is better for consumer's morale.

I get that masks are required by the mayor but said anyone with medical issues or people who can't breath dont have to wear them. The girl in front of us wasn't wearing it. Yet when we got to the register my 6yo said she couldn't breath and took it off and the lady said we couldn't be there if she took it off. Won't shop here again

Visited Claire's 8/17/20 at 4:15pm and had TERRIBLE service.
