We came in from out of town and where welcomed in by Adrian! He went above and beyond to help me pick the perfect bags. We had originally just wanted to get 1 bag but ended up leaving with 3 bags and 2 bag charms! Christina was so amazing to my daughter! She went out of her way to make sure her experience was one to remember! David helped make a few hang tags for my MIL and myself, his personality and professionalism was above and beyond! We also where helped by another lady who's name i didnt catch (she went to lunch before I could ask) who was also amazing! I was told about personality shopping days and given all the info on my handbags! I can not express how happy we where woth our Coach experience! Christina, your team is outstanding and you should be so proud of them! I'll be seeing you guys soon for more bags!

I could not have had a better experience at Coach! Claire was an absolute gem and helped me pick out my new white leather backpack! She was kind, friendly, and definitely sold me on my purchase! I was unsure about spending that much money on a backpack but Claire reassured me that I would never regret it!
