Wouldn't allow me to shop... not accommodating medical exemptions. Said I was a risk to everyone but I'm not sick and just wanted to shop with my kids. I've been a life long customer. This is one of my favorite places to shop... i won't ever be back

me and my friends had the best experience ever there! The employees were super helpful and nice Summer (I think) in particular she was actually the nicest person I've met!

I love Francesca’s and love all the clothes I’ve gotten from them! The employees are always so nice and helpful! EXCEPT the most recent time the manager was very rude and told me to “not touch the clothes so hard” and was very cold and unfriendly when me and my friends were talking to the cute nice employee. Then there was 30 minutes until closing and my friend was about try on a dress and she said “um we’re getting ready to close” with harsh tone and a glare. and she was loved it was interested in buying it. We left with bad feeling toward the store and the manager!
