Farmers Insurance - Marty Brown

Julie is my insurance agent. She is amazing beyond amazing. We communicate through text. And I am constantly texting her with stupid things. She responds quickly and always has an answer to my issues. Her husband Marty is also quite amazing. Super fun people I am so glad that I found them for my insurance company. I can't even imagine having another agent.

Marty Brown , Has 0 customer service skills If it wasn't for his staff He wouldn't know how to help anyone , I personally found him to be Rude ,disrespectful . The man personally left a really nasty taste in my mouth Farmersr's insurance I give a 10, Marty Brown I give 0. My recommendation would be to get a different agent.

Paid premiums for comprehensive coverage for years and years. When another person wrecked our car Marty Brown refused to help. He just kept telling us to call somebody else who would not help either.
