Impact Pest Services

Im not one to do negative reviews but I believe the public should be warned about this company. I hired them because I had seen them around my neighborhood and was struggling with basic bugs, spiders and earwigs and wanted a service to remediate that on a regular basis. The tech was extremely nice although my requests weren’t followed through with AND the big never went stopped coming inside the home. So I’d call them and ask for a reservoir because that one part of their marketing. It didn’t happen until my quarterly visit I had to pay for. There’s no access to half of our home without using the garage code I offered to them but when a different tech came out he just came and went without accessing the second half of the home or knocking and asking for access. Then I’m not sure if they changed the chemicals because we had complained so many times or what but whatever they used killed every single thing within 15 feet of my house, in fact I could smell the chemicals from across the street! Every ant, rolley poley, good bees and more. Yet I STILL have SPIDERS IN MY HOUSE! So I call to cancel because the service is not what I signed up for, they weren’t taking care of the spiders or earwigs getting in the home AND whatever they were using was killing the entire eco system surrounding my house. They said I had to pay a $150 cancellation fee to cancel a service that wasn’t holding up their end of the deal so I requested to speak to a manager. She said okay they’d call me back, a manager didn’t call me back the same gal I had been speaking with did. Terrible customer service and what they are using isn’t good for the environment and they didn’t listen to any of my concerns. This is all aside from illegal use of animal control products that were supposed to be contained to protect household animals and humans but were thrown about killing 3 levels of animals in our open protected space. Use a different company that cares about the environment and their customers best interests not making $150 off anyone they can. That’s not the best way to serve the community or operate with integrity.

Wonderful local company. Good pricing, great attitudes from everyone I have dealt with. Good follow thru and follow up on issues I have had. They killed, or moved???, some of the biggest/healthiest Tiger & Leopard slugs I have ever seen.

I have been using Impact Pest Control Services for just about 6yrs now and I must say that they are just awesome. This past Sunday my wife and I had an emergency at our home,. My wife was inside our shed straightening up a few things and just happened to look up at the air vent and low and behold she saw a large wasp nest in the air vent. I immediately called Impact Pest and left an emergency message on Sunday for someone to call me as soon as possible on Monday morning to schedule an appointment. A gentleman by the name of Chris called us on Monday morning at approximately 9am and told us an appointment wasn’t needed and that he had a service technician in our area that would be at my home sometime in the early afternoon. Well he didn’t arrive in the early afternoon, he was at my home before noon and took care of the wasps and their nests. What service !!!!! I have been using Impact Pest for over 10 years now and they have never disappointed. Great service and very professional.

I've worked with Impact for at least 4 or 5 years and always had great results. Their pricing is fair and affordable. They're also one of the few pest control companies that will treat for voles now! I absolutely recommend them.
