I visited another granite shop and had to schedule an appointment for the following day so they could move an already sold slab in order for me to see the slabs behind it. I then went to Rock Bottom and my experience there was completely different. Relaxed and accommodating, I worked with a kind gent who was the owners husband. When I needed to see a hidden slab - no problem. Two guys hopped on the “granite mover” and quickly & happily moved several slabs for me to chose from. I put one on hold but when I returned the next day with my husband we decided on a different color. Once again the delightful crew moved slabs around until they were sure we had seen all options. Then Gisele (owner) walked by and used her design skills to help us chose and purchase the perfect slab to match our cabinets. On our 3rd visit (yes, we need hand holding!) Gisele helped us select floor tile from samples we brought as well as the floor grout. I’m sure we haven’t made our last visit there and frankly I can’t think of a more welcoming place to be. Especially compared to the experience at the first place. I give RBG the highest praise and many thanks for helping us select the perfect slab of granite for our home. ud83dudc4d

BEST customer service in the Treasure Valley!! Gisele treated us like family and we were so impressed by her knowledge and expertise. They had a great selection of stone and the best prices around. The company went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% happy from start to finish. We will definitely be recommending them to anyone doing a remodel. We love our new kitchen!

My sister and I stopped by today to get our granite picked out. We lucked out and the owner, Gisele Pope, was in and she worked with us directly. We told her our colors and showed her our plans - they took measurements for the needed granite. All the people here are very friendly and they will move these big slabs into the sun for you to view them better. The process was simple and painless. We also picked out our sinks. Gisele took some notes for picking out granite that was cut at the same time (brother piece) so that we would get a better match on the needed seam for a large island. Gisele also told us the most economical purchase by figuring out what pieces could all be cut from the same slab. I highly recommend this place for your counters & sinks!

When I started the journey to remodel my kitchen counters, I went to several different granite businesses. Gisele at Rock Bottom Granite is the best by far! She was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She answered all of my questions, showed me a variety of granite to meet my style and needs, and shared her insights with me. Her customer service was above and beyond what I had experienced at other granite businesses. In the end, Gisele helped me find the perfect granite for my kitchen, and I could not be happier with my purchase. I would recommend Rock Bottom Granite to anyone going through the remodel process.
