We just replaced the flooring in our house. Nampa Floors and Interiors was amazing to work with. They have a great selection. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We worked with Des who was perfect, she scheduled it, explained the process and hooked us up with movers to help as well. The entire thing took four days, went smoothly, time estimates were spot on. Highly recommend them. And we LOVE the floors

My 97 year old house needed new vinyl kitchen floor covering, but the floor is out of square and uneven due to settling. My first stroke of lucknwas meeting David Bobbitt, who approached me as I entered the store, listened carefully and then stayed with me for at least half an hour, helping me select suitable samples to take home and try. He then came to my house, met with the contractor and determined that the product we had in mind would work, including a high traffic threshold and a tricky step edge. Once the product had been delivered and the color seemed off, he was concerned enough to come back at the end of his workday. His experience and professional presence helped enormously to keep things moving forward. The second piece of good fortune is the huge selection and high quality product available in a low pressure setting with outstanding customer service. My new floor is spectacular. Chris Spackman is terrific to work with. He is knowledgeable and thorough. I have worked with two of his subcontractors and both have been great. His subcontractor crew from Yankee Flooring did a great job. Cleaned up well and went the extra mile. Job went in on time and the quality of work excellent. Nampa Flooring team and store have my highest recommendation. Thank you all.

I have to say that I was so impressed with this company. My water heater unexpectedly went out when my association was replacing water lines and hit a gas line. I had never replaced a kitchen floor before and really wasn't sure what I wanted to do. When I arrived at their showroom, a very sweet woman listened to my preferences and answered all of my questions. She was very patient and showed me many options. I found a porcelain tile that I fell in love with. I wanted to have the floor replaced while the water heater was out and she really worked with me to make this happen as quickly as possible. The tile setter was a craftsman at his art. Not only was he kind and considerate of my home, but was very easy to communicate with and did an incredible job. When the project was finished, it turnout there was a huge accounting error. The company not only stood by their policy of not charging beyond the initial estimate that was paid for in advance without another written add on order, but was very honest and open about what had happened. I love my floor and the integrity of this company. I think you can't go wrong in trusting this company. A real class act! I highly recommend them to you.

Des was very efficient and capable in helping me select, and arranging the installation of, Hunter-Douglas shades for new windows and one door which were installed in my home in December. I had about one-half of the needed shades installed in this first round, and I will purchase the remaining batch of shades in future months after the first batch is paid off. I highly recommend her.
