We went in looking for Benjamin Moore paint. The sales associates were extremely pleasant and helpful. A young lady in the paint department went above and beyond in helping us find what we needed. Nice shopping experience! We'll definitely be back.
We like our home town store, there are lots of things to look at.
Very friendly employees,very knowledgeable was able to find everything I needed. I definitely recommend going instead of standing in long lines at Lowes,or Home Depot!
We always try to go to True Value before anywhere else because it's a small owned local company, and they have great customer service. Today just shows how amazing their customer service truly is, my daughter and I went in to get a few small items and the gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable and patient with us not knowing exactly what we might need. He helped us find the items we needed and more. The gentleman back at rentals even helped me find the correct size fitting for a repair part on my toilet. Over all the customer service at this facility as well worth paying an extra two or three dollars an item knowing that they have great customer service the store is always clean and if they don't have something they're always willing to order it for you. I highly recommend Greencastle true value and will continue to use them first in the future.
I have used both the rental and the hardware store. The employees are great. There is plenty of staff and they are all very knowledgeable.nnI wanted a piece of equipment to dig holes to plant some arborvitae and they answered all my questions and I rented a piece of equipment that did the job with ease. The price was very reasonable and the service was exceptional.nnI also get keys made there on a weekly basis for my car lot. It is a service that is invaluable to me and the wait is never long.
