After using the soft touch car wash my car was not as coming out as I wanted it to. The owner took the time to explain why, help my issue (which was my fault) and re washed my vehicle himself. Service and pride in ownership goes a long way . I used their services before and I will be back more often now. Thanks again both for the terrific service and tips! We used the pet wash there and it was very clean and the dogs loved it.
This is my go-to car wash! The prices are reasonable and the soft-touch bay is gentle on your car, yet effective. I love the rainbow soap they use - it's fun to look at and nice to smell. Customer service is awesome! Highly recommend!
Not much soap vehicle was still dirty but rinsed off pretty good . I wish I could get a refund bcuz I'm a repeated customer. First time I ever had a problem there
Stopped in to try the soft touch car wash after usually going to other establishments to see how I’d like it & I really loved it except there was still soap suds left on my car (trunk & front grill & bumper area) that I had to hand rinse & dry off after already paying 12$ for the extreme wash. I was not expecting to have to redo anything like so. Vacuums were great as well! Establishment was very clean as well.
