Boise Fire Station #6

My daughter and I saw a duffle bag in the road and circled back to pick it up. We found the ID and gear for the Captain of the fire house. When we returned it to him he didn't even thank us for returning his stuff!! I wasn't expecting anything in return but his rudeness really makes one second guess putting forth the effort to do the right thing! As a public servant I say shame on you for your attitude towards good sameritans. I'm glad I'm a bigger person than you and will continue to teach my daughter to do the right thing regardless of the outcome.

I only selected one star because I apparently can't select zero stars. We tried to book this facility for our daughter's 18th birthday party. After some effort between phone messages and e-mails, we finally were able to find someone to give us a tour of the facility in October, 2016, and sent an e-mail confirming our interest and reserving Jan 15, 2017.nAfter four e-mails requesting a rental agreement, and some e-mail responses promising to send it, we finally received the rental agreement on December 11. Due to busy schedules, we did not immediately send the completed agreement back, and on December 17, we received an e-mail indicating that, since the had not heard from us, they were assuming we picked a different venue, and were giving our date away to someone else. They did not e-mail or call to confirm whether we still wanted it or not, they just cancelled our reservation. This place is very unprofessional. We will never rent from them.nTerry Alber
