With the exception of one employee, I have never sensed that they care about customers. I have received texts telling me that prescriptions would be ready by a certain time, and the they weren’t. A day after I scheduled my refill, I went to pick it up. After waiting for twenty minutes, I was told that they didn’t even have the drug in stock. Once I was given a prescription that I had not order as a refill. They called the doctor to get it ordered and refilled it for me without my consent. They never seem to have enough staff to fill prescriptions, answer the phones, and wait on the drive through and inside. Those who are there appear to not want to be.
