Scott is an awesome health care provider. He does a thorough exam and takes the time to explain all procedures, diagnosis and how he arrived at that diagnosis. I highly recommend him.

I went to a family practitioner on 4-8-2015 for a serious sinus issue where I could barely open my eyes from the congestion. She gave me a prescription of antibiotics that was to last for 10 days. She also recommended I go to a nose specialist in the same clinic.nnOn 4-15-2015 I saw Dr. Scott Morrill, a nose specialist at Primary Health. I sat in his office and he came in, sat down and looked in my nose for about 5 seconds. He told me that he really can't see anything unless I was to get a cat-scan. He looked at my antibiotic prescription and said he wanted to extend it for 11 more days so that I was on a 21 day regiment and then get a cat-scan. I asked some questions about the cat-scan and we went to talk to a receptionist in the clinic about getting one set up. I was told that they were going to give me a call by Friday 4-17 with cat-scan details pertaining to my insurance and also extending my prescription for the remaining 11 days. It was very important this was done on Friday so that I did not miss a day on antibiotics. I never received a phone call until the following Wednesday 4-22 or Thursday 4-23. By this time it was to late to continue my antibiotics and I did not want to start a whole new 21 days of them because that is a lot of unnecessary medicine I did not need to be taking in my body.nnNow I have been in contact with them over the last month trying to get a reduction because the service I am being charged for was never completed and they are arguing that he does not feel I need one. In these phone calls with Michelle at Primary Health they say his notes do not say anything about what we discussed in his office and with his receptionist. His notes are vary vague and inconsistent with what happened. She actually admitted to me that they did not talk about half or what I am mentioning here and that he seemed to mess up by not getting me that phone call by Friday. He still however refuses to work with me about getting a reduced price.nnI did everything I was supposed to do and by not getting a phone call on Friday I did not receive the service that I am being charged for.
