Friendly and informative experience. I ask lots of questions and all of them were answered perfectly. The staff was a wonder to work with. Highly recommended and will trust all my future ear related concerns with them.

I was very impressed with how caring, helpful and professional everyone was at this clinic. Matt is extremely knowledgeable, warm and friendly. They didn't rush my appointments, and took the time to explain things and answer questions. Great customer service! I notice that all their customers are treated with the same old fashioned courtesy, either on the phone or in person. I will definitely be returning to this office - good, honest, and skilled staff, who really know the business. Also, the location has plenty of parking and is very pleasant. Five stars all round - thank you!

I have been going to the House of Hearing at least since 2011. They clean the wax from my ears for a small fee and perform free hearing tests. Dr Diller is a great doctor and fun to visit. If you have to have these services performed then enjoy your time.

Dr. Diller is such a joy and his laugh and spirit are infectious. He was thorough and explained things clearly and helped me understand the process. Also, he helped me hear! The staff are friendly and inviting. I’ve already recommended them twice!

I recently had my hearing tested. Everybody who works here is so kind. They explained the process, and then showed a lot of patience as we went through the testing. Afterward they explained the results in a manner that was very understandable. Very good experience, especially because of the people!
