Joyce's is amazing! I've never felt more like a priority at any other retail establishment. These folks will exceed your expectations. David was incredibly knowledgeable on engagement rings and Zach is now my go-to watch guy. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Brandon helped me pick out an engagement gift for my fiancé and it was so perfect! We will definitely be back for future jewelry needs! In addition- he helped me size my engagement ring perfectly!

Joyce’s Fine Jewelry is as good as it gets! I live in Portland, Maine and had visited multiple local stores up here without finding someone I was comfortable working with. A friend finally recommended I reach out to Brandon at Joyce’s Fine Jewelry. Initially, I felt a little uneasy about purchasing an engagement ring remotely. Brandon instantly took all my angst away with his friendliness, extensive industry knowledge, and a genuine desire to help me find the ring I was looking for. I cannot say enough good things about Brandon and his team. They provided me with an abundance of options followed by pictures and videos of the rings being modeled. Brandon was available anytime to jump on a phone call to answer any question I had. After helping me find the perfect ring for a great price, they shipped it up to me in Maine. I often catch my fiancé just staring at her ring, she absolutely loves it!nnIf you are a guy who is feeling uneasy about the prospect of making such an important purchase I strongly recommend you call Brandon and his team at Joyce’s, no matter where you live.

Amazing experience. I was able to virtually meet with Brandon who took the time to show pictures and videos on a short list of rings. He took the time to also educate me on diamonds. He truly does care about the customer. The diamond ring I received is beautiful and my fiance loves it. As I was referred to, I without reservation recommend Joyce's Fine Jewelry.

The service and experience I've had at Joyce's is truly second to none. I purchased my wife's engagement and wedding bands from Joyce's and we couldn't be happier with the products or the service. Brandon and the team are exceptional, and I honestly cannot say enough good things. Despite no longer living Western PA, I will be sure to make the trip to Joyce's for all future purchases.
