Phone Skope

Exceptional Customer Service!! Recently had a fit issue with my Swaro SLC binos. Swaroski had sent me knew eye cups and the Phone Skope cup wasnt fitting anymore. Apparently there are 2 different size eye cups that swaro made for the same bino. After telling Jason of my confusion he personally went to verify my problem on binos he had ar the shop and made sure I was set up with the proper cup. He even took it further then that and sent some schwag to make my day. Customer care like that sets them apart. Thanks Jason!

They are the best to work with. If anything is wrong they will fix it. Phoneskope treats their customers like family and not business. I have never had a bad experience with them. They are always doing something fun or giving away fun things just to show their customers how much they appreciate their business. I wish all businesses cared as much as they did!
