Had the very best experience here. Vehicle listed online was still available. Both salespersons were very knowledgable and so patient. Had to wait for bank to get paperwork ready and these guys were very laid back, never in a hurry. Would definitely go there again for another vehicle. Love you guys.
We had a long day of car shopping. We had a specific car in mind and a budget to work with. So many lots and so many sales people. We were dizzy by the end. We ended up returning to legacy. Jacob was patient and answered all our questions. Not pushy. Manny was great and made it fun. The owner was very fair with us.
Bought car for my daughter, very happy with the process! The service department was great with a couple of issues we found during the test drive and fixed them quickly. I highly recommend Legacy Auto, give them a try!

Very irritated to be lied to before even purchasing a vehicle.nWasted my time to drive into Boise during my lunch only to discover the truck I was interested in was owned by a previous smoker - even though I had inquired specifically about this before making the trip to see the truck in person.nA salesman had already turned the truck on, opened the doors and windows to try and cover this upnWhen I asked him he lied again to my face.nLooked under the hood to find coolant to be low and the truck running basically on gas fumes. I dared not attempt a test drive for fear of damaging fuel injectors and potentially being stranded.
