My experience at Peterson Lexus was awesome. Called the service department and they set me up for an appointment, Bill was very nice.nTook my Lexus in for its 100,000 mile service and Brad’s service was excellent. From making sure he new what my cars needs were to putting me in the loaner car.nI would recommend Peterson Lexus, and will take my car there again, should the need arise.nIt was definitely a 5 star experience.

Eric Whipkey, our sales person, performed an outstanding job getting us through all the hoops with purchasing a new vehicle which had to be brought in from out of state. I have been going to Lexus Peterson since I first bought my RC-350. They have never let me down, they treat you very well always ask if you need any assistance with anything. If you buy a vehicle from this place they latterly treat you like family. An give your vehicle the appropriate services as needed. This guys are 5 stars In my book.
I had an appointment and the person I was scheduled to see was busy so I had to wait awhile before anyone came to help me. The young man that finally helped me was amazing. He went over everything with me and was just so nice. Good customer service is a huge part of a place you will always return to
