So it has actually been a while since I got my truck but later is better than never. I had the best experience with these guys. Bob and Gus were awesome. The inventory is always top notch and they put extra time and money into their trucks. New wheels and tires on mine. I had a turbo sensor go out about a week in and even though they didn't have to take care of me they sent me to Gus and it was taken care of that day. I have told several people to go to Bob at Pacific and I will continue to tell people to go there. In about 4 years I hope to get my daughter's first car with them! lol Thank you Pacific Motors, you guys ROCK!

Drove away in a 2012 GMC sierra 1500 crew cab and had a great buying experience. With that said hats off to them with hidden floss, for example torn driver set, repaired with liquid leather or something of the sort. Scratches buffed an temporarily filled in all over. After every wash more an more come out. Not overly upset it is a used vehicle an a truck at that. As a person that likes to man up to my floss or fixes, Would have liked to know about the repairs. Makes me wonder what else is lurking around the corner, cosmetic wise. Had it checked out by a certified mechanic on test drive. An yes I would have still bought the truck, same price an all. Wish an hope that they offer to put rims an tiers on like they do on 95% of there invatory but will see. It's in the air if I will go back or even refer them to people. Time will tell if I change my rating. Wanted an would love to give a 5 star.

Here’s to a genuine 5* review!nI don’t know where to begin other than, to begin with this; if you are contemplating the authenticity or sincerity of a vehicle or service, you have nothing to worry about here! This review is more than a year overdue because selfishly, I wanted to make sure I wasn’t smoking the hopium and wanted to make sure I was purchasing what I was sold on. I bought an older F-150 from Bob and the team. Obviously used vehicles are expected to come with their blemishes inside and out. They meticulously bring in their vehicles before sending them to multiple known mechanics. I personally was attracted to the images because of the clean vehicles, tinted windows, Leveling kit, and custom wheels (I would have done these anyway regardless so it was cool to have it already done). There was absolutely ZERO pressure to buy. They’ve spent a long time building up their reputation and know if they do the right thing, you were obviously there once they know there’s a good chance you’ll come back. Plus, if you don’t buy it someone else will. So they are very respectful. A couple of weeks in, my check engine light came on. I called Bob up and within the week, he had an appointment with their mechanic for me. They took care of the repair on the house and haven’t had an issue since. These people are great and I hope it continues to stay that way because it’s a touch industry to be in. Hats off to Pacific Motors!
