It was very chill, quick. They took my trade, got excellent financing and it was done with ease. The sales team was excellent and the finance staff were as well. They made a point to know they could always help me in the future.
Peterson BMW of Boise has provided beyond excellent service. From the time I purchased my new BMW X2, the salesman Jim shared his professional knowledge of the vehicle to ensure my purchase was the right fit. Additionally, the service team is beyond exceptional. When my vehicle needed immediate service, Jake was available. I am extremely impressed with the customer service, kindness and professionalism with Peterson BMW of Boise.
Purchase process was easy but having a hard time getting anyone to return my phone calls “after the sale”. My new-to-me car did not come with any factory floor mats which is a huge disappointment. Hope this can still be resolved satisfactorily at which time I may revise my rating. 10/28 - This has been more than adequately resolved by my sales rep. And is more consistent with my overall car buying experience.
Brought BMW in for regular maintenance. Service was prompt, staff were courteous and professional. However, the service staff alerted me to a few mileage-based maintenance tasks AFTER I had paid for the standard maintenance. It would have been helpful to have known about these other jobs when the car's service record was diagnosed so I could have done them then. As such, I had to schedule another appointment to have the other maintenance done.
What great service. Years ago it seemed that Peterson BMW was not known for good service. I can say that I have had wonderful service over the past two years. Jake is wonderful to work with and the support team is prompt and ready to put you at the front of their list. Great customer service.
