No other cars in line ahead of me, except for the one in the bay. After telling me the oil change would take 45 minutes to an hour, it ended up taking an hour and 50 minutes. The QuickLane Advisor could not explain why it had taken so long. My wife was stranded across town after a doctor's visit, waiting for me. To the advisor's credit, he did offer to replace the filters on the car, at no cost, the next time we get the oil changed. To me, the whole event was far from satisfactory.
My advisor was Tyler and my tech was Dominic. They both were fantastic!! Dominic talked to me in layman's terms explaining what was wrong and explained what was necessary now and also what needed to be checked in the near future so I wouldn't get blind sided (like I did from another shop) then he quickly did the work I agreed to. I will go back and ask for them both again because I know I can trust them. Thank you Tyler and Dominic!!
Went today. Was pleased with service writer Tyler. Very picky about how my vehicle is treated. Will go back. Tip... call ahead and ask how many lanes are open that day. This will affect your wait time. I was in/out in about 40 minutes...
Last time I got an oil change I was there for over 2 hours. Every other time I have been there it is never less than an hour. People usually spend 15 minutes here is laughable. I called numerous times to let them know I was not happy last visit and my calls were never returned.
I come every 3 months to have my oil changed. They are always friendly. I appreciate that they check with me before fixing anything that may come up. They have a great waiting area with refreshments.
