Poor Service. After going to them my whole 42 years of life and my family you would think by now they be more professional. The front ladies are always pleasant and wonderful when you walk in especially Jamie. She goes above and beyond to help everyone. But the pharmacy they act like you owe them or your forcing them to fill your prescription and there just to tired. I mean sunday morning 10 am....wake up customers need there medication and not a aad story “ we just got here”. When they were purposely called the day before closing time and told to have them prepared. Other drug stores Do Not have an attitude. I nevet complain ...but after 42 years....it gets old.

This place is inept, they give you an option in their automated system to have them contact your Dr. when there are no refills left on the prescription, quite a few times I've used this option and given them about a week to have it, and each time they didn't have the prescription.nnThey've claimed that they sent it over to the Dr. to be refilled but the office never sent anything over. However, today, when I got home, I contacted the Dr's office and they told me they never got anything from Nickmans, that if they had, the prescription would've been filled.nnThey've also lost prescriptions in their system due to the failures in their automated feature. Really, what's the point of having this automated system if it's going lose prescriptions and you're not going to contact the Dr. for refills? You might as well do away with it.nnI'm taking my business elsewhere.

Nice little neighborhood store and pharmacy. Most of the employees are very friendly and make you feel welcome. I loved it years ago because it was packed full of trains and other hobby items plus there was a large selection of gift items and other cool stuff. Most of the current items are reasonably priced for the most part.

Nicams Fair chance store lists their opening time as 9 AM on Sunday. After driving to the store the permanent sign on the door shows 10 AM. Someone needs to read their own advertising.
