The gal who helped us was Meghan! She is pretty cool. We got into a vehicle pretty quickly. My payments are cheap and I am grateful they helped us get into something that will fit five of us comfortably, and something I can reach the gas & breaks in. Overall I would say we had a good experience. I thought we were going to get denied, but we got approved and I can already see my credit score getting better! Thank you so much!!!!
This has been my best car dealership experience, by far! Kara took excellent care of me today. She was very sweet and understanding of my imperfect credit/car history. I have always had bad experiences at car dealership. So I always hesitate to go there. The team was very helpful and did not pressure me. It was a good experience. My only hesitation in giving 5 stars is that the head light on drivers side is out. I was told that it was safe to drive and I feel like that is not true. This leads me to wonder what else is wrong with the car. Dont get me wrong I really appreciate the opportunity and having a hopefully more reliable car than I previously had.
The lady's again car hop are super awesome, I came in today and got into the car I wanted with little down, you guys are amazing and I definitely will be recommending my friend and family to you guys here in Boise. Thank you so much for helping me today!!!
I had the most awsome experience here i was unsatisfied with the first vehicle I bought here and brought it back with in the 7 days and they showed me a better vehicle that made me very happy the process was fast and easy these girls here know what there doing and want every customer to walk away happy and satisfied hats off to you Kara was very helpful and I loved that thanks car hop and thanks to all the staff here you all rock
