Bronco Hyundai has gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. To be honest, my experience wasn’t as smooth as I would have liked due to my brand new car having issues right off the bat but the team at Bronco Hyundai made sure to do the hard work and getting my car fixed. Even after my car was fixed, Grant the CEO reached out to f/u and personally took care of another issue I noticed with the car. For anyone who is looking at buying a car, I would highly recommend you buying from Bronco motors. They truly keep their word and keep their promises. Very rarely does a CEO of a company get involved and take care of a customer, well Grant does and did. Im in California and the team at Bronco motors is still helping me! Hyundai America was contacted by Grant and helped me with making this issue right for me as a new customer. I’m glad I gave them by business and even though I now live in California, I would literally go back to buy my next car from them. Huge thank you to the team and Hyundai Bronco! I appreciate all that you did for me! 5 star service!

I absolutely love my Hyundai Palisade Limited ed. The heated AND ventilated seats x4 are luxurious! I also appreciate how quiet the ride is with what I believe are double paned windows. About the dealership: I created a small dent on the tailgate from closing it manually with brawn, while the latch electronics of the gate where awaiting repair. Bronco's Buell and Conner helped make it 100% whole and accommodated all of my needs with a great deal of patience and understanding in the process. I now feel respected as a customer and my SUV is even better than new! They will keep my business with Bronco Motors.

Bronco Motors is a top tier business. They are the model to follow when it comes to customer service. They always go the extra mile to help me with simple details like scheduling an appointment which meets my needs or inspecting a body trim piece that has come loose and fix it on the spot!nHere's the clincher, I didn't even buy my car there. I wish I had because their entire staff is all about the customer. If you want exceptional customer service, this is the place for you.

I had an amazing experience at Bronco Motors! I went in very nervous to purchase my very first car on my own but Jennifer was AMAZING from the start! She walked me through everything, and made me feel very comfortable and calm. Brett in finance was also incredible and made it happen for me! I couldn’t be more thankful for them - I’m in love with my Audi! Thank you Jennifer, Brett and team!!! I can tell you all truly care about your customers - I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Oscar Garza made my car buying experience a breeze. He did an amazing job of hearing my needs and wants and actually got me into a car I may have overlooked otherwise, and I LOVE it!!!! No pressure sales or skeezy make you commit BS, truly my best car buying experience ever.
