Sent an email in regards to one of the locomotives, never heard back. Maybe, they thought it was spam, but I feel like they are flat-out ignoring me. Sadly the museum remains closed due to covid, but the grounds are open and are still very well maintained and the volunteers do a great job of keeping the museum up and looking great!
Awesome collection of rare and vintage rolling stock. The busy main line right next to the grounds offer a great view of numerous trains every hour!
Always an enjoyable stop to sit outside the station and wait for trains to pass by. Plenty of shade available with benches beneath the overhang of the roof.
Lots of local railroad history. Lots of trains going by. A must visit.
