Absolutely remarkable customer service. We have been going to CVS until today, my daughters doctor wrote a prescription for an antibiotic and the dosage was one they don't typically carry. I was told to either find a diff pharmacy or wait till they can order it. I stumbled across Colonial, and they called the doctor for me and got her script switched to a better dosage and had it filled within 10 mins so she didn't have to wait days to start her antibiotic. I am so grateful to them and they have just gained a new customer!

Colonial family Pharmacy lives up to its name family. Bob Heath and his friendly staff are the most gracious kind and informative pharmacist I’ve ever met. One time they saved my life by noticing that my doctor had ordered a prescription which I had a life threatening reaction to in the past. Bob said Patty you can’t take this I’m going to call your doctor and have them order something else because last time you couldn’t breathe when you took it. He really saved my life. Five stars

They are the kindest pharmacy staff anywhere in Erie. Prices are wonderful. They go out their way to get what you need, and beyond knowledgeable in all areas of meds. I have been associated with many pharmacies in Erie over my 71 YRS of life and will never go anywhere else.
