A lady name Emily answer the phone , after couple minutes waiting on the line, and since she heard my accent (Spanish)she start being very rude and not helpful at all, she have no customers skills, no compassion or empathy for our emergency ( Covid 19 results) this person discriminated me without hesitation, and no being happy with he’s rudeness, she hang up the call on me, when I wats telling her the I’ll complain about her terrible customer service. She’s found my call non important and she’s just need to finish the conversation like a ordinary store.nI’ll file a report for the Civil Rights Coordinator, because is unacceptable how she behave, CVS is a business, is a respectful place, CVS have a wonderful and helpful people, and a person like Emily how also refuse to give me her last name can do a big damages at the company Discrimination policy, which doesn’t exist for her or maybe she has no idea what is that means.
