I feel there should be a better deal for returning customers. Each year the cost of the forms go up and I walk out with a bill for nearly $400. This is difficult to afford for those of us with low income. Our refunds should be ours to keep not go to paying for your fees. I am considering finding another source for this process.

Customer service was great. However, I own a small business and I felt like I was teaching them how to do my taxes. Then in the end they wanted to charge me over $500. I did not file my taxes with this company.

I prefer to work with someone in person and Doris was very helpful and friendly.
