Ching Young Village Shopping Center

Very cute shopping center in Hanalei. Many places to shop and eat. We loved what this quaint town has to offer. We keep coming back every visit.

In my opinion, best shopping center in the North Shore.nnWhat we liked:n- Lots of shops, both local and brand namesn- Beautiful views from behind some of the stores (see photos)n- Local Art (from about $20 to over $10K)n- Dining optionsn- Easy to walknnWhat would have made it 5 stars:n- Update bathrooms and keep them clean, the condition of the bathrooms alone almost dropped this to 3 starts. I would rate the bathrooms as worse than public beach, at least the one behind Quicksilver.n- Slightly lower pricesn- improved sidewalks

The best shopping center we found on the North shore. Great selection of local shops and fair priced groceries. Good shave ice.

We like this place a lot, especially because of the shaved ice at Jo jo's. This is the best shaved ice ever! They make their own syrup, ice cream and have their own special shaved ice machine. Lots of fun!
