I love this school!! The teachers are all so helpful, there's plenty of classes to pick from, students are friendly, and more. I am very glad I chose to come here for high school!

The school is housed in the former Academy High School building; that school merged with Central Tech High School in September 1992

I personally think that my experience at this school has been incredible. The teachers care about their students and are available for extra help whenever we need it. They constantly go out of their way to help any student who is struggling and honestly do want us to succeed.nThe classes are challenging, but help establish a ready base for any student planning to attend college. The work load is definitely comparable to that of a college student depending on how you schedule your classes, but it's worth it in the long run.nThe students are a great and very accepting bunch making it very easy to make friends that will last a lifetime. There are groups of course, but it's no where near as clique oriented as the other high schools in the area. I personally have been able to make friends in varying groups because they all meld together creating a very friendly student body.nIt is hard work to go here, but if you are dedicated to your education, and care about your future then it is an amazing place to go to school. I love it!
