Like all of the harbor freight stores, you can find good deals and the normal board of fair knockoff stuff.nThe folks seem friendly enough, but this last trip was a little less relaxed.nWe all understand that covid is a thing, but all of the arrows, X's, and lines on the floor just increase the fear and paranoia.nI did, however, add one star to my original selection because of the fact that they have a sign in the window supporting first responders and social care personnel. In today's day and age, that was nice to see.
It's cheap, but they're got a great return policy. Staff are usually very knowledgeable and can tell you if what you're buying had been coming back or not. For what it is, Harbor Freight is my first stop for one off projects, but a lot of their hand tools are things that I've bought once and used for years.
This is my husbands go to store. They send out there weekly Ad pages to everyone within the Erie county area religiously! Great deals. Store carries quality equipment reliable tools and products. They always always always honor their return policy ... Customers are worth more than getting that dollar and it shows
Every time I have went here I have watched the workers cater to crazy requests from customers and keep their cool.
I would like think the owners of harbor freight that money is more important than people's lives that they allow people on their store with no mask
