Best place in Erie to buy a mattress. Best service and selection. Found a great deal and Jacob and Tori were very knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to talk to. They showed me multiple options in my price range, did not have a high-pressure sales approach, and expertly answered questions regarding the mattress technology that aided in my buying decision.

This is a little early to leave a review as the bed has not arrived, been set up, or used. I can however leave a 5* review for the service at Mattress Firm. It was outstanding, and they beat Denver Mattress on price by over 1,000$, delivery by over 4 weeks and had no hassle financing that was right on our budget. They beat all the other stores in customer service. I am expecting more of the same with delivery and comfort of the product. I will append this review if something changes.

When I went there an employee, Gerald, immediately asked what I was looking for. He made sure I knew what type of bed I wanted to get between a firm, medium, or plush. Afterwards he showed me some mattresses, and then helped me test them on a box spring. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely go there again if I need to buy a mattress.

Keith Black was more than helpful and extremely knowledgeable when it came to all the questions we had. He wasn't pushy and he gave us all the space we needed. We weren't an easy couple to please, as my boyfriend and I wanted opposite features in a mattress. However, Keith made our visit fun and we left happy! We are excited to get our mattress on Monday and we definitely recommend Mattress Firm if you need guidance in finding the perfect fit!

I had a great experience! I was looking for mattresses for about two weeks and came in just to check out what they had. I left without buying just because i wanted to get my bedframe first. I came back about a week later. Gerald Dixie remembered me and helped me find the perfect mattress. He made sure to get me under my budget while still providing wonderful options. I appreciate all the help from everyone who was working and I am excited to have my new mattress. Would highly recommend!
