Not looking good... have to wait a while for delivery... then brought the wrong item... says they will show up to change it .. never showed up twice now
I love my new living room set.nEveryone was so helpful with my purchase. Starting with Danielle, with the paperwork. The delivery men were awesome. They were very careful bringing my furniture in my home. Very polite, and helpful. Shaun was very helpful setting up automatic payments.nI definitely recommend going here.
Gray people, Really good customer service...
Was supposed to get TV and sound at today same time my roommate got his washer and dryer. The delivery guys were great however I did not receive my TV and had to call them to find out what's going on. That's a problem right there I wasn't getting item at promised delivery time and no one informed me. How can you trust a company that doesn't believe in good customer service I know I can't. I told the lady to cancel my order and she said thank you bye
Easy to talk to staff very understanding and the process is really easy too
