I contacted Trost and Steinfurth at short notice. They provided me with a custom funeral arrangement at quoted price in 3 hours. I gave them the freedom to choose the colors and it looks beautiful. The woman who helped me offered me a card to select and help with the arrangement I needed to transport as well as instruction of care for it. I will be giving them business again.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I ordered an arrangement online to be delivered to my mom for mothers day. The website accepted her address, yet on the day the flowers were to be be delivered I was called at 1:30 that they cannot make it to her area. My mom now waited all day for her gift that she will not receive. They didn't even call her to let her know or apologize for their mistake, I was told I needed to let her know myself.nnMy mother deserved those flowers, and to be told at the last second that the order was canceled is very upsetting and disappointing.
