I have been using Joel for the past 9 years, since planning my wedding. Joel's arrangements are impeccable! The quality and beauty- at such a reasonable price- you may think you're dreaming! I leave Joel to everything, (he is the expert), and he has never once disappointed me, but he has often astonished me! I no longer live in Erie. In the past 9 years I have lived in Florida and Colorado. I've still used Joel for all my flower arrangements whether they were to be delivered in Erie, or another state, and Joel comes through every time with quality and beauty at a reasonable price. I also want to mention how accommodating Joel is to his customers. He is such a joy to work with, and he always makes you feel special. Best Florist in town, hands down!
Solid and positive experience with this shop. Selected Joel's on a short deadline (poor planning on my part), but still wanted a local business. Owner was very upfront about which flowers he could provide with a little notice, plus when weather goes to hell in other parts of the country. My bouquets were big, fun, colorful, and lasted. I gave the owner a list of colors I liked, flowers to avoid, and a price point, and trusted his nearly 30 years of expertise to my 30 minutes of flower research. Trust me, brides-to-be: unless you have $10K budgeted for flowing aubergine orchids in a barn setting, The Knot does not have your back.

Ordered specific online arrangement March 4th 2020 I called to confirm arrangement and was told I was set. What was delivered was 100% nothing like pictured. I anticipated the arrangement to be smaller and some of the flowers to be different. None of the flowers in picture were in the delivered product. What was delivered was pretty but was basic and did not have the wow factor. Very disappointed.
If I could give this a negative star I would. My flowers were never delivered, they charged my card, no response from emails and phone numbers do not work. If they CLOSED down then they should not accept new orders. I wanted to support a local business in my home town, huge disappointment.nDO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
