This little kiosk has a great collection of shell artwork. The designs are bright and colorful and the natural shell is inviting and beautiful in the light. Make sure to take a moment to check some of these out.
I live on Kauai and seen so many pieces from dozens of different artist. Shell Dave's work is of very high quality and comparable to museum pieces. I've had several necklaces made and he even does repairs. Will definitely be purchasing from Shell Dave again in the future!
Big swells bring sick shells. An old island legend who knows the north shore beaches like the back of his nuts, Shell Dave has been stringing jewelry for 22 years. His well selected, perfect shells sit flush and don't break body surfing. He's also an old school merchant who is willing to barter, which is refreshing in such financially conditioned modern society. Check him out if your in Queensland. Kiosk 3 by the Sotheby's.

Dave has very high quality jewelry reasonably priced. He gave an excellent presentation full of information and credit to the historical cultural background of the Nihau community that keeps this ancient practice alive today.
