Jimmy John's

Stopped today for a sandwich. First visit. Ordered ahead. When I went to pick up the order there was no greeting. I told the cashier my name. He pointed to a table by the door. "that might be yours over there." Really! Well, it was our order. The two people behind the counter were rude as can be. I was very clearly an interruption to their work.... Not the reason for it. Our food was put together sloppily. Neither sandwich was a ordered. Stay away. There are lots of places for takeout. Why put with snarky millenials when you don't have to.

Awesome crew. Drivers are super awesome and really friendly. Its nice having food 10 min after ordering after a 16 hour day 😁

Fell in love with this place from the 1st taste. The place has a good feel to it. I see why this place has so many good reviews.

I've worked at Jimmy John's stores in multiple states, never have I seen such terrible customer service and incredibly long wait times for a sandwich. The GM is rude and not personable at all, he needs to go through training again. I'm writing this review while I wait for my delivery that I placed almost 2 hours ago, supposedely it's been out for delivery for 1 hour and I live less than 1 mile away. UPDATE: food finally got here and the bread was burnt, AND they sent us the WRONG SANDWICH.

Over 2 hrs ago I ordered from Jimmy Johns on Yale and Central. When it had been 1 hr, I called. I was told it was out for delivery and I should receive it any time. I waited and called a half hour later. I was told the General Manager just left and was delivering the order. No apologies. That was 1 hr ago. Total wait time has been 2 hours and 40 minutes. No food. No phone call. I ordered on line with a confirmation email. Office is 5 minutes from location. Over the years, our office has ordered many times from Jimmy Johns. Very disappointed.
