Very disappointed. I called ahead to confirm that a floral arrangement was possible for a 12:00 delivery, of which I was assured. I drove from Daguscahonda to select the design and pay for it in advance.nnWhen I arrived, not only was there no catalog/photos of design choices, but they weren’t expecting their floral delivery until noon, and what was available in the refrigerator was minimal and some of the inventory was actually wilted.nnThankfully, I was a satisfied first-time customer at a “botanical designer” on South Street in Ridgway, where they had three arrangements ready to go. I was very pleased to have given them $60 plus the $10 charge for delivery to St Marys.
