Worst experience with a place probably ever in my life! Trust me when I say please don't go here. A little update to my situation, I went to gordy's used appliances in Yakima on 3rd Avenue. Completely different outcome, I got a washer that worked the first time and no hassle dealing with management.
Good used machines and they take care of there customer's
We bought washer and dryer from there and they said its so quiet you wont even know its running.... Well when i run my washer it sounds like a stampede of rhinos coming through my laundry room. We spent about 500.00 dollars on this and we should have it fixed for free because i love doing laundry but not when my washer sounds like its gonna fall apart. Very disappointed
Fairly priced washer and dryer with delivery the same day. Friendly and polite associate helped us with the purchase and delivered the items himself. If you need an appliance but can't afford something brand new, check out this place.
Was sold a lemon of a freezer. Tried to make it right, so they 'repaired' it only to have it fail again less than 3 weeks later. Tried to contact the owner with no avail (was given a runaround). Went to facebook to review only to have the owner act extremely unprofessional and then delete hee comments (i got a screen shot prior) Tried to resolve via the Better Business bureau only to receive a message that they will not resolve and will take me to court for harassment(over a $75 freezer and trying to handle it the correct way through the BBB instead of on social media) i guess their business would rather have $75 and get bad reviews via word of mouth. It isnt worth the money to me to fight any longer, however i want to make sure all buyers beware of their unprofessional attitude and behavior.nnAlso, beware that at least 2 of their google reviews are from the owners themselves to boost their rating.
