This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I called in my prescription an hr before I went to pick it up. And once I got there they told me it would take 15 mins. Fine. I go and run to the ATM to kill time and then the corner store. I get back 20 mins later and I still had to wait for my prescription to be filled. And they were just standing around running their mouths instead of doing there jobs. It’s still a pandemic going on I didn’t want to be there any longer than I had to be. But the staff is clearly ignorant about what good customer service really is.

The Sunray Drugs on 52nd Street is poorly mismanaged I’m dissatisfied with the Customer service who have a total disregard for Patrons I happen to come here because the Sunday’s Drugs on 60th Street had been vandalized and I needed a prescription filled And this So call pharmacy gave me a difficult time and then some.nI explained to them all the needed information was in the system. This is a incompetent pharmacy could not fill any of the prescriptions I waited minutes where it turn into an hours in the stores I told them I needed to leave and comeback and when I called to ask about the medications They claimed to fax it off to another brand-name pharmacy and they never did. It was a total mess if there ever was one. Don’t waste your time with Sunray drugs.

I just wanted to say these guys are awesome ppl at this sunray they treat you kind always keeps your MEDICATION in stock if they don't they will work there hardest to make sure you are ok and insurance that you will get your meds they not only care about business but also your wellbeing as well!!Products are also very nice and very friendly fare prices that I'm sure hopefully mostly all ppl can afford!!!I have been with them, since I was like 23 or something I'm now 36 years old so good for you guys!!!very kind helpful ppl..Thanks for all of the years of service you gotta be the best Pharmacy in Philadelphia LoL

Good afternoon,nI begin receiving medication in March 2020 at first everything was okay. Then things went South. I was hung up on, was put on hold for an unreasonable amount of time. Was spoke to rudely. Just a mess. I had to transfer my refills elsewhere.☹ufe0f

I Switched my medicines here after dealing with Rite Aid for years. I have never had a problem. The staff is always so helpful and honest. They really look out for the customer on cost and letting you know side effects to medicines. I love this Pharmacy and recommend it to everyone I know
