If I could give them 0 I would. They do not refund money even though travel to Mexico is deemed only for essential travel. My mother was going on a trip in April right before the pandemic they extended her ticket untill Sep. Well things are much worse now and she is a 65 yr old with underlying health issues. They pretty much said ahe should go. They cannot guarantee her entrance or exit into or out of Mexico. I'm sorry but they have terrible customer service and its not right to keep their customers money during a time of crisis.

I prefer Fronteras del Norte over Greyhound. Nice service and faster.

Stopped by there to wait with family members for another family member arriving on one of the buses this company. It was hot inside of the waiting area basically inside of the place I don't know why the air conditioning wasn't turned on especially when there's people waiting inside etc. Overall it couldn't been better and with having professionalism from staff.
