Springfield Pharmacy & Medical Supply

My husband and I love this pharmacy. All of the staff are knowledgeable, polite, kind and caring. Each person is so friendly and always goes the extra mile to help us when we need it. We highly recommend Springfield Pharmacy to others.

Love this pharmacy! Everyone is so friendly and always remembers my name even if I don't know theirs. They are the only pharmacy in my area that consistently has my medicine in stock. Got a COVID test last week and it was a simple and easy transaction with testing done in my car. Great place and a great team!

A great local Pharmacy in Springfield. The staff is always friendly and helpful. That have a lot of other odds and ends like braces, cards and even some chocolates. Definitely beats CVS or Rite Aid. The windows are clean which is nice. There is plenty of parking in front of the store. They are next to Salon DeSante.

I can not say enough amazing things about this pharmacy! They have been there for me for several years now and always go above and beyond for my medications and my husband and kiddos! Not only that bc it has the mom and pop feel, the care you receive is very personalized. They always call me on my birthday every year, they always offer discounts when they can, if there is a problem with insurance or medication they will find you a solution you are pleased with. Chi-chi is the manager and she is the best! They really all are but from day one Chi-Chi took time to ask me about my medical history and genuinely cared about me and all my problems and I have many lol. To this day she and the rest of the staff always ask me how I’m feeling? What I have going on or coming up medically and personally, how my kiddos are and what they are up to? & How my husband is? They know all of my family by name and always make me feel like a special customer and I’ve seen them interact with other customers and they always treat them the same, with love and care! I switched over from Walgreens/Cvs pharmacy who were big chains and they never knew anything about me or my meds and they could care less! Also a bonus is they always have great toys for kids and lovely little trinkets and goodies for me to look at or buy! They have a desert/chocolate counter in the front and all the important medical stuff you should need as well! I’m telling you hands down this is the best pharmacy and staff in The Delaware county area! You will not be disappointed being a customer there and if you are then it must be you bc they are topnotch! lol.. our family love all of you @ Springfield Pharmacy! I would like to let anyone who is not happy with their current pharmacy to go to the Springfield Pharmacy in the Sproul shopping center. I was referred there years ago by my doctor and I continue to go there even though my doctors are not in the Springfield area. I continue to go because everyone who works there are very nice and caring, ChiChi asked me if I could bring all my prescriptions to their pharmacy so I wouldn’t ever have complications if any medicines I take can’t be taking together. Almost all the time I go in there my medicine is always ready and I’m never told that they are out of any of the medicines. I like going to a small independent pharmacy because they know your name and know who you are when you walk in. They also have cards for any event and they are beautiful cards and always half price.
