I brought a family heirloom to the Ardmore Jewelry Box off of a recommendation from a friend. I had originally gone to one of the chain jewelry stores, but did not feel like I was getting the attention detail, care, and customer service necessary. Fortunately, my friend's recommendation was spot on. From the moment walked in the door, it was a family like experience from start to finish. I had my Grandmother's wedding ring that had been in the family for decades. I needed the diamond to be removed from it's gold setting, cleaned, and certified. I had no one trustworthy enough to go to until I came here. Hugh was not only able to explain what I had in depth and in layman's terms (as I am not knowledgeable about jewelry), but the assurance I was given that my family heirloom would be safe and taken care of was evident from Hugh's attention to care, his transparency, and sincerity. I would recommend anyone to go to the Ardmore Jewelry Box if they want to go to someone they can TRUST! The selection there is absolutely beautiful and Hugh could not have been more helpful! From offering beautiful jewelry and such attentive and personalized service, to being available after the fact to help with an adjustment after we purchased our ring; he was professional and went above and beyond throughout the process. You don't get that kind of personal service these days anymore, truly. Thank you Hugh!!! You have a customer for life!

I have purchased from here several times and couldn’t be happier. I have always gotten the most beautiful jewelry at the best prices. My husband got my antique engagement ring here and they were able to have two bands made to match! I also got earrings here for myself and an eternity band. The owners were so helpful in picking out just the right thing. For her birthday, I got my niece a pair of adorable earrings from here. They definitely have something for everyone. I would definitely recommend the Ardmore Jewelry Box. I won’t go anywhere else!

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. I was in Ardmore at my favorite brew pub and stumbled upon the Ardmore Jewelry Box. My girlfriend and I were greeted by the owner Hugh. Truly an nice guy with a store full of the nicest estate jewelry. The items I looked at were priced very reasonably. My girlfriend picked up some cool earrings and a bracelet to match. Thank you again Hugh, we will be back!
